Education Tax Credit sunsets 12/31/18 unless you act now

Legislation to extend the life of this important corporate tax credit is currently under consideration.  SB 116 and HB 233 would extend the sunset date to 2025, providing incentives for corporate donors to contribute in support of education, while receiving tax credits for contributions. The bill maintains the current level of qualifying donations up to $5 million per year.
